Pages & Google Search Console

Crawl and inventory your site's pages, then connect Google Search Console to power keyword scoring and AI recommendations with real performance data.

VibeCom maintains a live inventory of your site's pages and can enrich them with real search performance data from Google Search Console. Together, these two feeds give the SEO Agent the factual foundation it needs to make accurate, targeted recommendations.

Page Inventory

Once a week, VibeCom crawls your site to discover pages from your sitemap, Google Search Console, and hreflang links. For each page it extracts the title, meta description, H1, heading structure, and a short content summary. You can browse the full inventory in the Pages tab of the SEO area in your dashboard.

This inventory is what the SEO Agent reasons over when it surfaces recommendations. A page that isn't in the inventory won't receive suggestions, so it's worth checking the Pages tab after your first crawl to confirm your key landing pages, feature pages, pricing page, and docs were picked up. Blog routes are intentionally excluded to keep the inventory focused on core product pages. If a page is missing, the most common cause is that it isn't referenced by your sitemap or any other discovered page.

Connecting Google Search Console

Connecting GSC is optional but strongly recommended. Without it the agent works from crawl data alone; with it, every page gets real click, impression, position, and CTR numbers that sharpen keyword scoring and make recommendations far more precise.

  1. In the SEO area of the dashboard, click Connect on the Google Search Console card.
  2. Approve access on Google's consent screen.
  3. VibeCom tries to auto-match your verified Search Console property to your product's domain. Domain-level properties work best, but URL-level properties are supported when they match your product URL.
  4. If no match is found automatically, choose your property from the list that appears.

You can disconnect at any time from the same card. Access tokens refresh automatically in the background β€” you won't need to reconnect after your Google session expires.

What GSC Data Powers

Once connected, VibeCom syncs the last 28 days of Search Console performance daily: clicks, impressions, average position, and click-through rate, broken down by page and by query. This data flows into keyword opportunity scoring and directly informs the agent's page recommendations β€” for example, a page ranking at position 8 for a high-volume query is a much stronger candidate for a title or H1 update than a page that doesn't appear in Search Console at all.

The daily performance sync, page inventory refresh, and weekly crawl require the Growth plan ($100/mo). Free and Pro users can still keep their Growth setup and view existing assets, but new SEO crawl and Search Console sync work runs on Growth.

Sitemap Auto-Submit

When GSC is connected, VibeCom discovers the sitemaps listed in your robots.txt once a week and automatically submits any new or changed ones to Search Console. A read-only status panel under the GSC card shows what was submitted and when β€” there is no manual submit button by design. Note that no tool β€” including VibeCom β€” can force a normal page into Google's index; indexing decisions are Google's alone.
