How AI Marketing Agents Work

Understand how VibeCom turns product context, materials, review, and publishing into a repeatable marketing workflow.

VibeCom turns your product and business context into useful marketing work, then keeps that work moving through review and publishing. Here's what happens at each stage.

The Working Loop

1. Collect

The agent gathers raw materials for marketing work:

  • Web search — Industry news, trending topics, relevant articles
  • Competitor monitoring — Product updates, content they publish, pricing changes
  • Product updates — Feature changes, release notes, customer stories, and launches you share from the dashboard

Materials are stored and tagged so the agent can reference them across multiple content generations.

2. Generate

Using collected materials and your product context, the agent generates marketing work for each active channel. Key points:

  • Each channel has a persona — formatting rules, tone guidelines, and content patterns specific to that platform
  • Content is generated in batches per channel, not cross-posted
  • The agent uses current AI models for writing and reasoning, grounded in live research
  • Output volume scales with your connected channels — Pro supports up to 3 channels, Growth up to 10

3. Approve

Generated work waits for review on your web dashboard. Each item shows:

  • Target channel and content type
  • Full preview of the content
  • Source materials used

This is where you decide what is ready, what needs edits, and what should be skipped.

4. Publish

After review, content moves to publishing:

  • Manual — You copy/paste or use the dashboard to publish
  • Auto-publish (Pro & Growth) — Connected channels (X, LinkedIn, blog) publish approved posts automatically on the weekly schedule slots you define

Only approved content is ever published. The AI never posts without your explicit approval.

AI Technology

VibeCom combines AI models for reasoning and content generation with live web search for research grounding. The dashboard is the default place to create product context, review generated work, approve posts, and manage publishing.
