Can I try VibeCom for free?

Yes. The Free plan is always free, no credit card required. You get access to the basic idea scorecard and can have a validation conversation.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Console. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your conversation history and saved reports remain accessible. However, you'll lose access to premium features. You can still view reports you generated on a higher plan.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support and we'll issue a full refund.

Is there a discount for students or nonprofits?

How does the annual discount work?

Annual billing pre-pays for 10 months and gets you 2 months free (equivalent to a ~17% discount). The full annual amount is charged upfront.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe.

Do you offer team plans?

Currently VibeCom is designed for individual founders. Team plans are on the roadmap. Contact us if you need multi-seat access.

What is Growth Autopilot?

Growth Autopilot is VibeCom's AI marketing agent that lives in your IDE via MCP (Model Context Protocol). It generates content for 10+ social platforms, queues posts for your review, and schedules publishing. Available on the Growth plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
