Can I try VibeCom for free?

Yes. The Free plan is always free, no credit card required. You can create one product context, run one capped onboarding, set up 2 starter channels, and get one image-backed post per channel.

What's the difference between Pro and Growth?

Pro ($20/mo) gives you the core content workflow: product research, X/LinkedIn/blog drafts, review workflow, scheduling, and auto-publish. Growth ($60/mo) adds higher-volume usage and the advanced intelligence layer: up to 10 channels, weekly competitor radar, SEO and GEO recommendations, and image generation.

How do Growth trial limits work?

The 7-day Growth trial gives you a capped version of Growth so you can try the full workflow without open-ended usage. Trial limits are cumulative during the trial window: archiving a keyword, applying or dismissing a recommendation, or answering or archiving a GEO source does not reset the trial quota. Existing assets remain visible, and upgrading to Growth removes the trial caps.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your generated content, reports, product context, manual channels, and existing assets remain accessible. If you return to Free, you'll lose access to paid agent runs and Growth-only features such as SEO and GEO recommendations, image generation, and competitor radar, but can still view content generated on a higher plan.

How does the annual discount work?

Annual billing pre-pays for 10 months and gets you 2 months free (~17% discount). The full annual amount is charged upfront.
