Can I try VibeCom for free?
Yes. The Free plan is always free, no credit card required. You can connect MCP, use CRUD tools, and access idea validation chat.
What's the difference between Pro and Growth?
Pro ($20/mo) gives you Growth Autopilot with 3 channels and 50 credits. Growth ($100/mo) adds 10 channels, 100 credits, auto-publish, weekly competitor radar, SEO keywords, image generation, custom skills, and 3 team seats.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your content, conversation history, and reports remain accessible. You'll lose access to Growth-only features (auto-publish, SEO keywords, etc.), but can still view content generated on a higher plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact us at support within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual billing pre-pays for 10 months and gets you 2 months free (~17% discount). The full annual amount is charged upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe.
What is Growth Autopilot?
Growth Autopilot is VibeCom's AI growth agent that lives in your IDE via MCP. It generates content for 10+ platforms, queues posts for your review, and handles publishing. Available on Pro and Growth plans.
