What It Does
Unlike the structured analysis features (competitor analysis, market research), the Startup Advisor is a freeform coaching mode. You can ask it anything:

The Strategic Review
When triggered as a skill, the Startup Advisor produces:
- Honest assessment — Strengths and weaknesses of the idea
- Biggest risks — Top 3 risks and mitigation strategies
- Key assumptions — What must be true for this to work?
- Validation milestones — How to de-risk each assumption cheaply
- Funding strategy — Bootstrap vs. raise, and if raising, when and how much
- Founder fit — Is this the right idea for you?
- Timing analysis — Is now the right time to build this?
Getting the Most from Advisor
Be honest about your constraints. Tell the advisor if you're solo, bootstrapped, or have limited runway. The advice will be more realistic.
Share your assumptions. Tell the advisor what you believe to be true ("I think designers will pay $50/month for this") and ask it to challenge those assumptions.
