Sharing Growth Reports
How to share VibeCom research reports with teammates and collaborators.
VibeCom reports can be shared when you need another person to review product context, market assumptions, competitor framing, or marketing opportunities.
When To Share A Report
Share a report when you want feedback on:
- Whether the product and audience are described accurately
- Which competitor or alternative framing matters most
- Which customer pains should lead the next content batch
- Which SEO, GEO, or community opportunities are worth pursuing
- Whether the next Growth actions match the real business priority
Sharing With Teammates
Use the report as a working brief, not as a final strategy deck. Ask teammates to point out missing facts, weak positioning, incorrect competitors, or language that does not sound like your market.
A useful prompt:
"Here is the current VibeCom research report. Which product facts, competitors, or customer pains should we correct before generating the next content batch?"
Sharing With Domain Experts
When sharing with someone outside the team, ask them to challenge the market and customer assumptions:
- "Are these the right alternatives customers compare us against?"
- "Does this customer pain match what you see in the market?"
- "Which objections would make this positioning fail?"
- "What source or community should we watch next?"
What To Do After Feedback
Turn feedback into product settings, materials, channel updates, or a more focused generation request. The report is most useful when it improves the next marketing output, not when it sits as a static artifact.
Exporting To PDF
If a report supports export, use the report page's export action to download a PDF for sharing outside the dashboard.
