VibeCom provides AI-powered startup advisory services, including but not limited to:

• Idea validation and analysis
• Competitor research and analysis
• Market research and sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM)
• Customer insights and persona generation
• Product Requirements Document (PRD) generation
• Real-time web search and data analysis

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our express written permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any startup ideas, business plans, or other content you input into the Service. VibeCom claims no ownership rights over your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, insights, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, the AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• The Service does not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice
• You should verify all information and consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions
• VibeCom is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

8. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any errors or omissions in AI-generated content or analysis
• Any business decisions made based on information from the Service

10. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and startup ideas.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
