All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of VibeCom and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any business information, product data, or other content you input into the Service. AI-generated content (posts, articles, images) created through the Service is owned by you. VibeCom claims no ownership rights over your input or generated content.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content, analysis, insights, and recommendations. The AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that:
The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms including social media (e.g., X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit), blog platforms (e.g., WordPress), community forums, and other distribution channels for content publishing. By connecting your accounts, you acknowledge that:

VibeCom is an AI-powered marketing platform. While we strive to provide useful and accurate content and insights, we make no guarantee — express or implied — that using the Service will result in business success, revenue, investment, or any particular outcome.
Business outcomes depend on countless factors outside our control, including but not limited to: market conditions, competition, timing, execution quality, team capabilities, funding, regulation, and macroeconomic events. AI-generated content, competitor analysis, and marketing recommendations are analytical starting points — not predictions or guarantees.

We encourage all users to treat AI-generated analysis as one input among many, conduct their own due diligence, and seek qualified professional advice before making significant business or financial decisions.
VibeCom offers a free plan with core features and paid plans with expanded capabilities. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. Downgrading to the free plan is always available.
VibeCom offers an affiliate program that allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new paying subscribers. By participating, you agree to the following terms:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VibeCom regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
